Adds Smart Frequency Gates that pair by channel to create customizable music zones.
------Details------
- Frequency pairing: Connect two Smart FGs with the same nonzero frequency.
- Synchronized music: Paired Smart FGs share their selected track and playback state.
- Editable Priority: Smart FG Pairs with a higher channel will play their music over Smart FG pairs with a lower channel if their areas overlap (I think)
- Area-based playback: Music plays when the player is inside the area between the paired Smart FGs.
- Area visualization: Toggle View Area to temporarily highlight the zone without replacing existing blocks.

Do NOT use the View Area toggle if a part of the area is underwater! I forgot to make a check for if the block is full of water so it will delete water!
