If you hit Mimos with fire-damaging weapon it will spawn water under itself. If its snowflake particle hits that (or any other) water - it will turn the water into ice block.

When killed from fire-damage drops [Xirasia block](living-block:52), when killed normally drops [Plimmyra block](living-block:60).
