purple plastic block

Purple counterpart to the existing plastic block colors. Mostly a build-color addition for synthetic interiors, circus palettes, and anything that wants a stronger artificial tone than the older plastic set offered.

Like the other plastic blocks, it adds palette coverage with no unique mechanic.
