needle shepach

The only shepach not to create a projectile when firing, instead shooting a damaging beam from each face (including the top and bottom). The beams are 16 blocks in length, end when they hit a block, and have a small amount of random rotational offset each time they're shot. They're far less laggy and slightly more predictable than other shepaches for vermin farms. The beams aren't visible in water, but do continue through them.
