A wand for throwing hearts. Using it launches a physical heart projectile, on impact it heals a damaged vermin instead of hurting it.

The effect is tied to collision speed, not a flat spell value. The heart only does anything once it is moving fast enough, it cannot heal its owner, and it still adds heavy knockback. In other words, this is a strange support tool or toy for crowd control, not a harmless visual gag. You can use it to heal your favorite Bubblebear in your personal qualia.

Each cast costs 1 durability, and on a normal achievement-enabled save the wand also satisfies the Ball Wand condition, because it reuses the same projectile-wand achievement hook.
