An extreme-range hook. Mudra reaches 70 blocks, far beyond the rest of the rope family. It sports both the softer vertical pull profile of the machination as well as tying it for the largest amount of slack, with a vertical hang distance between 9-11 based on whether you are looking up or down and a horizontal swing distance of up to 3 blocks.

Its inherently lower reel speed can be compensated for by reeling from near its maximum reach distance. This allows for acceleration boosts with the glider glove that are magnitudes easier to achieve (and faster if timed correctly) than with the grapple gun, as well as acceleration boosts that are moderately easier to achieve than with the gyro hook, though still falling short of it due to the gyro hook's above-average range and above-average reel speed.

With its incredible range and 700 durability, the Mudra is arguably the best option for comfortably navigating via swinging from below strata; while not as fast as the gyro hook, its superior range not only gives it the largest room for error but also results in a lower number of shots needing to be used to traverse from underneath strata.
