It was added in commemoration of the release of the Youtooz Bubblebear Plush. The block model and the plush held in its unique hand sprite are both the Youtooz plush, making this a strange instance of the game containing its own merchandise. In the announcement video for the plush, it is said to be 9 inches tall, "somewhat soft," "trusting," "lore accurate," "loving," "low mass," and "docile." If you assume the height is the same in-game as in reality, that would make each block ~11.25 inches tall, and the player ~22.5 inches tall.
