Upon death, you will either spawn at the spawn point of the dimension you are in, or at the closest of these blocks if one is present in the dimension. For this reason, they do not spawn naturally anywhere.

The most reliable way to obtain it is through farming Plants, which can yield one on harvest at a 5% rate. The other mildly reliable way is to turn them into Clonaqualia and Janqualia blocks, then combine them with some Diluting material like fish drops to create more than two Rejuvenation Anchors.

Refrain from using this as a building block, as it is a Robust Block and may cause lag.
